Remember, your Malls apartment rent includes the gas, as in GAS HEAT, water, trash, and Sunflower Broadband cable television. This means you won't have to worry about those bills arriving each month or how much they may be. Also, you won't have to set up for those utilities and pay deposits.

Malls has full time management and maintenance on site, a laundry facility, a swimming pool, a basketball court, a recreation room, exercise equipment, and video security cameras.
