1. Malls leases generally end at the end of May, June, or July. We send out renewal notices to our current tenants in February and hope to hear from them by April 1 as to whether they will be renewing or not.

We should have a better idea after April 1, 2010 how many apartments we will have, whether remodeled, and when available. We know we will have some apartments ready for move-in starting around June 10th, 2010.

We are accepting applications for summer and fall, and will hold and assign an apartment later.

2. Malls does not generally keep a show apartment. We have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath remodeled apartment available to show, but we do not expect to have a 1 or 3 bedroom available to show in advance. (We have a limited number of 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments.)

We are available to show Monday through Friday, 9am to 11:30am and 1pm to 4:30pm. Closed during the lunch hour.

3. Malls rent rates for remodeled units are: Check Rent Info here!

Un-remodeled apartments are $40 less, when available. Rent includes gas heat, water, trash, and cable television from Sunflower. High-speed Internet is available.
