two months of average billing the past twelve months. Deposits may be
in cash, letter of credit or cosigner. Early applications will receive
priority. Seven to ninety days usually will assure service when requested.
However some delay may be experienced on peak days. Same day service is
not assured during the summer months. Applications taken earlier in the
day, i.e. soon after opening, may avoid holding on the telephone. Online
