In addition to the Apartment Pack,
our office can set up/order new and additional services, such as high-speed
Internet, movie channels, and delivery of the Lawrence Journal World, for our
tenants. Order through the Malls office and tenants pay NO

One person per apartment must set
up the account in their name and only that person will be able to order changes
to service. That ‘account holder’ is also responsible for any Sunflower
Broadband equipment and must return equipment at end of service. . (Cable
services and equipment require Sunflower approval. Some Sunflower equipment may require a
deposit.)
Malls apartments are wired for all
Sunflower Broadband Services, except for telephone. You do not need a
dedicated outlet for Internet Service. A splitter may be used to
have both TV and cable modem connected to one cable outlet.
Remember, a converter/digital box,
will be needed if your TV is not cable ready OR for digital channels, Premium
Channels, Pay-Per-View or other special events. A cable modem is required
for internet service. If you use your own converter boxes or cable
modems, you must provide the MAC ID.
