The swimming pool is for Malls Olde English Village residents! 

Entering/Exiting the pool:  The gates located next to the office building on both the South & North side are the only two ways in and out of the pool.  If they are locked, the pool is closed for some reason.  If the Malls office is open, you can check to see why pool is closed.

Safety Equipment:
The safety equipment hanging on the wall (the life ring and life hook) are required under the City Code.  These are not toys, so do not play with them!  If they are damaged or broken, we have to lock the pool up. 

VIOLATION OF THE POOL RULES WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES FOR THE ENTIRE UNIT YOU LIVE IN AND PERSONS MAY BE FINED! 

RULE REMINDERS: 
1.  2 guests per apartment and tenant must be with them at all times.   (Tenant must have ID and apartment keys.) You may be asked to show them as proof you live at Malls.)   If there are non-tenants in the pool, ask them, to leave, talk to Malls management or call Mil-Spec.

2.  Do not come into the Malls office building wet!!  Use your apartment bathrooms. 

3.  Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by the parent-tenant.

4.  Tenant  must be inside pool fence with guests  or children.

5.  DO NOT SWIM ALONE.

6.  Reasonable behavior and respect for  others at the pool  IS REQUIRED. 

7.  NO animals inside the pool fence or  tied to the fence!   

This is your pool.  Please take care of  it.
